We don’t know about you, but pizza is definitely a staple in our house. It’s one of the few meals we know with 100% certainty that everyone from the smallest to the oldest will eat without hesitation. So, for this Valentine’s Day, we are excited to share a pizza-inspired party put together by Jessica and Ashley at Host Society Events. If you love a good pizza pun as much as we do, this party theme is definitely for you! This “Love You to Pizzas” party is the perfect theme for any age group and is everything a pizza lover could ask for!

Pizza Themed Valentines Day Party Decorations

To create the perfect setting for this party, the ladies at Host Society Events began by creating the cutest pizza-inspired backdrop. With help from Letter Bright Nashville, they set up a huge marquee letter wall spelling out “❤️ U to Pizzas.” To emphasize the Valentine and pizza theme, Jessica and Ashley created pink, red, and white balloon garlands around the marquee letters. For the charming picnic table setup, Jessica and Ashley partnered with Lumi Accents. Lumi Accents specializes in creating premier picnic experiences customized to fit any theme. For this Love U to Pizzas party, they laid out creamy ivory woven rugs for that cozy picnic feel and added picnic tables on top of them. Around the table were several large plush pillows for partygoers to sit comfortably and enjoy all of the tasty party treats.

When designing their tablescape, Jessica and Ashley knew they wanted to keep it simple but chic. They began by laying out our Red Painted Gingham Checkered Table Runner across both picnic tables. This adorable runner was the perfect choice for their party theme to give the table an authentic pizza parlor feel while creating a stylish tablescape. Lillian from Lillian’s Floral Studio put together three gorgeous floral arrangements that Jessica and Ashley evenly spaced across the table. Vibrant sprays of red and yellow roses and white carnations exploded from plain round white vases for bright pops of color. Finally, Jessica and Ashley added their cookies and cake to the table on our Peony Pink and Linen White Melamine Cake Stands.

With their tablescape almost complete, all that was left was designing the place settings. Jessica and Ashley started by laying out our Classic Pink Paper Party Plates along the table and layering them with our Red Heart Dessert Plates. Layering plates is an easy way to uplift your place settings without too much extra effort. Beside each plate set, they placed a Large Red Napkin. The scalloped edging of these napkins is a great way to add an elegant touch to your table. On top of each napkin is cutlery from our Wooden Cutlery with Light Pink Hearts Set, which is perfect for this theme. For the finishing touches to their place settings, Jessica and Ashley chose to alternate pink and white party cups with each plate with pink heart straws. Our Neon Rose and Iridescent Holographic Party Cups would be great for this paired with our Pink Hearts Paper Straws.

Finally, when it came time to choose treats for this party, of course, Jessica and Ashley knew they all had to be pizza themed. For the cookies, Ashley from Nashville Cookie Cutter came up with these adorable heart-shaped pizza cookies. Just by using a heart cookie cutter and red and white royal icing, these little cookies looked exactly like tiny pizzas! The cake was created by Steph from Steph Sweet Desserts who also happened to do all of the photography for this party! Steph began with a basic pink buttercream cake but decorated it completely in little fondant pizzas! If you look closely enough, you’ll even notice that each pizza is topped with tiny red heart pepperoni! How stinkin’ cute is that?!
